• New `JetBrains.Annotations.Sources` package introduced as an alternative way to embed JetBrains.Annotations into your C# projects without binary package dependency. All annotation types declared as `internal` and marked with `[Embedded]` and `[GeneratedCode]` attribute.
• Added `DefaultEqualityUsageAttribute` for equality members usage analysis.
• `MustDisposeResourceAttribute` is now allowed on struct types.
• Added the ability to specify the description for UsedImplicitlyAttribute (new 'Reason' property).
• Added `CqrsCommandAttribute`, `CqrsQueryAttribute`, `CqrsCommandHandlerAttribute`, `CqrsQueryHandlerAttribute` and `CqrsExcludeFromAnalysisAttribute` to support CQRS analyzes of naming and adherence to the pattern.
